Lease Terms Summary

This is a plain-language summary. Your signed lease agreement is the binding document and takes priority over this page.

Getting started

Consultations are free. There are no build fees. Some product leases require a refundable commitment fee, which is explained before you sign.

Term

Leases run for 12 to 24 months, depending on the product. Hosting, security updates and maintenance are included for the full term.

Payments

Monthly payments begin only after you approve the finished product. Your monthly amount is fixed for the term stated in your agreement.

Revisions

Minor edits and adjustments based on your approved requirements are included. Full rebuilds or new features are scoped and quoted as upgrades.

Refunds

A refund option is available for unused services within 30 days, as set out in your agreement.

Project selection

PrimePivot Digital reserves the right to select projects, and to offer a place, accept a proposal, or continue or discontinue a service at any lease stage, in line with the terms of your agreement.
